「The room was good. And the staff was very friendly. The cleanliness (especially the floor) was a little sketchy. They need to pay a bit more attention to detail with cleaning. It’s a bit noisy but there’s not much you can do about that. I’ll give it an “ok”.」

「スタッフの皆さんが気持ちよく挨拶してくれた。比較的大きな通りに面しており、駅にも近く、周辺にはマクドナルドなどのお店が多めなので、困ることはない。また、隣にコンビニエンスストアもある。」

「I still haven’t got the receipt I asked for at check out when they said it had to be emailed not printed? Shower curtain was too short and water leaked all over the bathroom」

「The hotel looked new. The staffs were friendly at reception. The room was good. Only one thing was that I needed to ask for more towels bcuz just two bath towels were prepped there, no face towels and no bath mat. I don’t like such SDGs…」

「ホスピタリティのあるreceptionで、4日間、とても居心地よく過ごすことができました。 出張の宿泊で利用したので、朝食はフリー、部屋に持ち帰って食べても良いのが便利でした。 部屋には仕事をできるデスク、デスク側にUSB充電ジャックがあり、利用しやすかったです。 次の出張の際もまたぜひ利用したいと思います。」

「I must say upon arrival a wonderful lady at the desk named Shaniqua was very pleasant and helpful I had a long travel and I wasn’t expecting such a vibrant personality it was really nice to have that experience. The room was perfect very clean and comfortable everything was in top condition even my freezer to keep my frosty from Wendy’s frozen which saved me for that late night sweet treat 😉 not to mention the free breakfast and coffee which also helped save me a couple bucks btw the coffee was...
