「Our stay was good our check in was not they didn’t get my reservation from hotels.com but they matched the price there were a couple features of the pool that didn’t work but the kids still loved it my only real complaint is They didn’t have an included breakfast」

「The spa tower is so nice and very clean! The valets, desk and bag handlers were so helpful and knowledgeable and so sweet/kind!! Once we start walking it was actually easy to figure out how to get around!! The pols were lots of fun and my granddaughters had a great time in them!!!」

「Smells old and dirty. No amenities not even ice machine. My room lights didn’t work plus a cockroach in the bathroom. No tv working either then rain water started coming under the outside door when it rained. 」
