「This might be one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed. The entire place was so beautiful. The breakfast and everything provided was top notch. We will definitely be back.」

「Room and service were great. Am American classic hotel. But skip Tue steak night - not worth it.」

「First time using valet parking. Loved it. First time visiting this place. Clean, spacious and convenient. Restaurant delish」

「It was nice」

「After booking on line remotely, staff required $100 credit card hold in person for incidentals for a prepaid reservation. It might not have been so bad if that had been disclosed up front, but had it been, we would have never books at the AVID by IHG hotel........ BAIT and SWITCH tactics at best. Very rude manager and staff who all need to find another form of work. I will never stay at nor recommend anyone stay at an AVID by IHG hotel again.」
