「Check in process was poor. The link for check-in did not work that arrived via email. This email provided pad lock door number. I reached out a couple days ahead, but unable to communicate or reach anyone. No contact numbers. Finally, the property manager responded an hour before check-in and provided a code that took 3-grown adults to figure it, thankfully we were able bc property management would not respond for assistance. That was the last we heard. The description of the RnB did not match...
