「Wonderful staff. Pet friendly」

「The hotel looked very good from the outside. And when you first went into the lobby was very nice. But the rooms were very basic. They was absolutely no pictures hung from the walls. The kitchen area just had a small refrigerator and a microwave setting on top of it. I had to ask for a coffee maker, and it was a single cup coffee maker. The free breakfast was very minimal. But at least everything was clean.」

「It was very clean. Overall staff was great. I forgot to remove the do not disturb sign and didn’t get my room cleaned, which was okay but I couldn’t get any regular coffee for my room because the front desk lady said they were on the cleaning carts and it was 8pm. This was shocking to me, why would you keep coffee pods on a cleaning cart? And why wouldn’t the front desk not have access to supplies that customers would ask for?」

「Fast checking in and out. Very friendly staff and abundant complimentary breakfast. Spacious room and we liked having a walk in shower. There was plenty of green space to walk our small dog. The only complaint we had is that when we sat on the sofa, the cushion covers came off. They did not zip securely over the cushion anymore.」

「Excellent stay. New hotel. We stayed there 2 times in a week. Great beds, Great staff. Good breakfast. Nice bar area. Great parking. We would definitely return.」

「Arrived and the lady at the desk was annoyed I was even there. Got to the room and it was 81 degrees in there and smelt so musty. Went to turn on a/c and was caked in dust. Floors were visibly filthy, toilet seat cracked and a dirty hand towel was hanging next to the sink.」

「Made reservation and it was canceled by the hotel at the last minute. Got there. Room were under construction staff was hard to find it was The Worst experience of My Life.」
