To begin with, The air conditioning in our room did not work properly, making it uncomfortable to stay in the room, especially during the summer heat. 「heerlijk verblijf, personeel was echt heel erg behulpzaam en heel erg aardig. Ze stonden meteen voor je klaar. Als je rust zoekt is dit de plek om te zijn. The rooms, the property, and everything around us felt fresh and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay. The only areas I think could improve are the pool/beach food options and room service. 「Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und würden dieses Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen. Die gesamte Anlage war außergewöhnlich sauber und sehr gepflegt. Pool und Strand liegen direkt beieinander, sodass alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Das hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Auch die gesamte Hotelanlage ist schön gestaltet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. 「Room was clear also they have many pools. The stuff try to help their customers but there aren’t enough of them. It could be better at first glance. Good thing is food, beverage and amenities are really good. We could say it’s because they’re new, but I hope they’ll get better」

「Room is very dark and pillow had moldy smell. Restaurant buffe was very clouded but taste was so so. Beach and pool faciliteis were nice. My son enjoyed water slider. But beach chair should be cleaned time to time and trash bin should be empty in the morning.」

「This is a beautiful property perched on the ridge overlooking the sea. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, during our stay, the main pool was closed and being resurfaced. The property therefore was not as advertised. I would think this warrants some kind of a discount. Moreover, the beach is beyond walking distance, and the shuttle only travels once per hour. Lastly, the restaurant had very mediocre food and was far inferior to any other meal we had during our stay in Bodrum. I hate...

「Hotel is so English culture not even close to worldwide , entertainment team is so loudy speak they dont give a break to people enjoying even kids are not enjoying most of the time . Service and kitchen staff is very responsive and helpful . Sea is always wavy after 3 PM . Overall good hotel but they need to replace entertainment team , somebody should tell them not to scream all the time .」
