「The rooms were very expensive for the condition they were in. The photos were all AI enhanced, I am attaching the photos I took. The host (Murat?) tried to get me to pay at the property before checking out even though the room was paid for in advance fully. I had to show him the Expedia receipt. There was no water pressure in our bathroom and we had to turn off the AC as it was making a whining sound that really got on my teenager son's nerves. 「In about a month or two this hotel will be ready for guests but at the moment it resembles a building site. Saying that, the room was clean and the breakfast good. Just disappointing as it didn’t resemble the photos on our stay 」

「Great location for the airport, lovely staff and a very enjoyable breakfast」

「Main lobby bar had horrible smell」

「The server staff is really untrained, not helpful, not professional, they act resentful and aggressive towards customers. You wouldn’t expect this behaviour considering daily room prices are around the monthly minimum wage in turkey. Hilton should do a better job at managing, training, and choosing their staff. Only time staff was good at doing their job was when their managers were around. I would definitely not suggest it. Too bad that it is in a really good spot.」

「Very good!」

「The best stay!! Everything was super clean, and the hospitality was amazing! We usually stay at American chain hotels, but this hotel was just as nice and even more welcoming! The owners truly go above and beyond. When we couldn’t find a taxi for our dinner reservation, the owner personally drove us! Breakfast was also delicious, and the owner even made us a special cheese dish herself. Such a warm and welcoming experience. Highly recommend!!」
