「Nice remodel 」

「Absolutely one of the best motels we have ever stayed in! The room was clean, relaxing, and smelled really good. They had tables and chairs outside and a very nice outdoor common area with a charcoal grill, gas fire pit, umbrella, and Adirondack chairs for all to enjoy. I highly recommend this quaint little motor lodge to everyone!!!」

「Great atmosphere high up in the mountain with no other property around. Had a family feeling. We were there at the end of winter in May which was a transitional time for them. Dining was great and so was the scenery.」

The front desk employee was unfriendly and only said “ID,” “credit card,” and “it’s on the second floor.” No additional information was provided about the amenities, or breakfast, which is typically mentioned during check-in. The room itself had several issues. There were nails sticking up from the floor where the carpet was torn near the bathroom tile, which felt unsafe. 「The property shows better online than in actuality. The overall property doesn't seem very well taken care of. RV sites are overgrown and the cabin was dark and musty smelling. The area itself didnt feel as safe as we would gave liked. We had to leave early for personal reasons and didn't expect a full refund by any means buy maybe something would have been nice. I hope they use the money to clean up the property. Very disappointing.」

「Hotel was recently renovated which was the only plus. The room we got was missing furniture (arm chair) and staff was unable to locate another chair. Light on one side of bed could not work because there was not outlet for it to be plugged into. Not a single USB charging port anywhere in the room which given today's use of rechargeable electronics is unacceptable. Will not be staying there again and wouldn't recommend it.」

「I was only there for a short night. I loved the ac/ heater, it was quiet and actually shut off when the temp was reached! Rare event. Clean room, tidy with a coffee pot! 」

「Rooms trash was not emptied from previous guests, parking lot filled with sketchy junkies roaming around asking me if I wanted to smoke up with them. Room had multiple broken lights, shower was still wet with hair in it, shower head is broken. Breakfast is just 1 item you can grab and go, I didn’t even bother trying to get anything, wanted to leave asap. Type of hotel where you have the gun out on the nightstand while you sleep.」

「When we arrived the toilet would not flush without pushing on the float inside the tank. There was no water in the tank. After it filled it would flush. This happened 3 more times while we were there. The window was open on one side & the screen was broken. There was a black stain on one of the sheets. The ice maker was not working. The breakfast had very little to offer. No fruit or juice at all.」

「We stayed for two nights. The first night there we had farm fresh eggs, a pear syrup and a package of pancake mix and granola in the fridge for our breakfast in the morning. That day we went and did some other activities and didn't get back until that night. When we got back, we didn't have a second breakfast waiting for us in the fridge for the next day. We left the following morning and found some place for breakfast. Everything was great except for that little piece, but it turned out fine....

「I was charged for my partners service animal. I informed them i had a service dog and they told me it was an extra $10 I reiterated it was a service animal, and that it is illegal to charge more. I did not offer paperwork and it was never requested. They did not ask me if it was trained to assist someone with a disability or what the disability was. They told me i had to pay extra or lose the room. I told them this was against the law and the response was negative. Then i was told to pay the...

「We absolutely loved our stay in the tiny home and will be booking again when we're in the area. The area was SO quiet and super dark at night to see all the stars. My boys loved having their own loft "rooms". 」
