「WOW! The views from this condo are beautiful complete with a walking trail along the river right outside the building. The parking spot is perfect,literally straight into the parking garage.We had plenty of room to spread out and then gather together for movie nights and popcorn ( which our host provided) thank you. Clark’s market is just around the corner and gourmet. BONUS: our pup got to come on mini peak foliage vacay with us!We WILL be back . 」

「We had a lovely weekend getaway in Ouray and this place was excellent. Perfect location on Main Street so you can walk everywhere and a beautiful view! Definitely try the Thai place across the street as it’s delicious, but overall you can’t go wrong. Helpful to know there is a massage studio next door, but if you plan day adventures it really doesn’t matter. It’s a quiet business so it doesn’t disturb you, just have to be quiet going in and out between 9-5pm. 」

「This is a GREAT place if you are looking for proximity to town, dining, shopping, etc. It's a quiet neighborhood even with all the tourist traffic. It's also very well kept and seems to be in a safe area. A couple of things I would note for others: if anyone in your party has trouble with walking, the pathway to the main door is a bit cumbersome. It's made of rock/boulders/flagstone and some of them shift under weight. While lighting exists, we noted that it didn't come on until well after...
