"This ryokan was lovely- all the staff were so accommodating and made us feel very special! The ryokan itself is dainty and pleasant. There was public Onsens for women’s and men’s separate (in the women’s there was 1 indoor and 1 outdoor public Onsen with shower room inside). You can also book a private Onsen when you arrive - they have 45 min time slots for 3000 yen! Also very quick walk to Yubatake and the bus station! Would recommend"

"Second visit here. Perfect for family getaway with kids in winter. Also good spot for summer when watching Fuji Rock music Festival. Would definitely stay again."
