"We loved everything about this place. The beach area was just amazing with soft white sand…lots of beach chairs and towels were available. Staff members were very friendly and always excited to help. We went for dinner at Le Basilica where Jonathan took really good care of us. At the Cabana dinner Edgar was super nice and friendly. He was happy to take some of our pictures as well. The cleaning staff made sure they even washed the balcony with utmost care. Rooms were huge especially the bathroom. We had stayed at the Infinite club 1 bedroom room."

"Room was clean and neat. Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was plentiful good but could be kept warmer. Our hallway seemed a little dark and were working on the ceiling tearing down drywall in places which made it dusty for a couple of days. Overall very nice resort and the rooms have cold A/C! "

"Everything was great, the location was the best, the majority of the places I like to visit are walking distance. The only thing I did not like was the sewer smell, it was outside but sometimes you could smell it at the lobby. The elevator takes so long to arrive, even when the hotel have three of them. But other than that, it was great, I will reserve again in my next visit to the majestic CDMX. And I will recommend this hotel to my friends, family and everyone who want to visit CDMX."
