「The pool was not clean. It was a weird hazy shade of green. Our room floor was either not swept or not swept well. The ceiling panels outside our room were gone so insulation kept piling up on the floor. I stay there only because they are the only hotel in Pella that allows pets. I'm not sure what makes it a spa, there are no spa amenities.」

「I have booked a room described as "1 King bed with Recliner". However, entering the room we found an office chair only. We are 2 people intending to spend 2 nights/3 days in the room so I asked at the front desk about "Recliner", or any chair. They looked puzzled. Since I insisted that we need another chair, a guy was sent to grab an office chair from another room. Anyway, since then we were not trusting this place to match the price of $100/night. 「My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the "Nest" cabin at Horn's Ferry Hideaway. We saw so much great wildlife & beautiful scenery there!
