「I have booked a room described as "1 King bed with Recliner". However, entering the room we found an office chair only. We are 2 people intending to spend 2 nights/3 days in the room so I asked at the front desk about "Recliner", or any chair. They looked puzzled. Since I insisted that we need another chair, a guy was sent to grab an office chair from another room. Anyway, since then we were not trusting this place to match the price of $100/night. It is very run down, not being taken...

「The location of this hotel was perfect for our weekend visit! Our room was very clean and comfortable! We especially liked that the room was spacious and that the bathroom was well stocked with amenities and was also very large. No tight spaces! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was hot and delicious! We will definitely stay with Holiday Inn Express again!」
