「There is not one thing that detracts from how nice this place is and I've traveled a bit recently. The staff exceeded expectations.. we've gotten so used to people that clearly don't want to be at their job that the smiles, politeness and genuine interest in how our room was surprised us all. We were a big group and everyone in our group said the same thing about the staff. I would return just because of the staff. So, we were VERY HAPPY with the staff. The area around the hotel was clean and...

「I appreciated the helpfulness of every staff member I interacted with, customer service was very important to them, and I felt like they truly valued my business. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet.」

「Nice clean place」

「The room was ok, not sure how clean it was, the internet kept going out , breakfast was just ok. However the staff was very friendly, attentive, responded very quickly with any issue. Front desk lady was very nice.」

「Located across the street from the outlet mall.」

「No response from customer service when I requested for full refund due to the elevators are not operational. My wife has walking disability which very difficult for her to take the steps.」

「I have booked a room described as "1 King bed with Recliner". However, entering the room we found an office chair only. We are 2 people intending to spend 2 nights/3 days in the room so I asked at the front desk about "Recliner", or any chair. They looked puzzled. Since I insisted that we need another chair, a guy was sent to grab an office chair from another room. Anyway, since then we were not trusting this place to match the price of $100/night. It is very run down, not being taken...

「ネットは快適でしたが、持ち込んだPCのVPN接続ができなかったです。」

「The room smelled brand new! We love staying at this hotel. This isnt the first time we've stayed here. The room was clean housekeeping never tried to clean the room while we were still in our room (that seems to always happens to us at other hotels where they just open the door and walk right in) and breakfast was great! Parking was perfect as well too especially for the weekend we could park where we could see our car from our window. The room temp was always the perfect temp of where we...
