I love this hotel. It has wonderful rooms with thick soft terry towels; and it is within the city center. Many dining options, along with unique shops, makes this hotel within its beautiful environment perfect for families and friends to gather together.

The property is in a great location. You can walk easily to shops, restaurants, and museums. The hotel was immaculate and beautiful. Highly suggest staying here when visiting Pella, Iowa.

Best hotel in town

Great hotel. Very nice room. Bathroom was a little “tight”. Bed was very comfy, plenty of pillows! My wife and I will stay again. Pella is amazing!

Property was lovely, clean, and close to everything. The area was gorgeous and woth a Christmastime visit. Make plans for breakfast - the onsite breakfast is awful. The walls between rooms were quite thin.

What a hidden gem! Rooms were beautiful. Bedding was super comfy and cozy. Bath towels were fluffy. Staff was kind and informative. Very quiet at night. 10 out of 10 would stay here again. Absolutely pleasantly surprised♥️♥️♥️

Worthless Reservation

I reserved a king bed room and received a two-queen bed room. As a solo traveler and a 6’-5”, this is annoying. It happens way too frequently. What good is a reservation if it’s swapped out or given away? The rooms are not the same and it’s not what I asked for.

This hotel is right in the heart of downtown Pella. We stayed there for the Christmas Festival. Everything we did we walked to accept one house on the home tour. Downtown has limited dining options. We did have to drive away to eat at a place where we could sit down, relax, and eat. The Peanut Pub in town serves only alcohol. We did see people order pizza from across the street and bring it in to eat while drinking. The hotel has a restaurant but it is a little pricey when you are looking for something like a Cesar salad and a burger. The hotel is clean and quiet. Rooms had plenty of space. They include a fridge, microwave, and a small coffee maker. Pro-tip, I saw someone take down the pot from their coffee maker, fill it with coffee, then return to his room where he kept it warm as he drank a few cups. Clever! Free breakfast included 2 different pastries, 2 cereals, some frozen yogurt. There were also bags of instant oatmeal and hot water. Limited but free. Overall, lovely stay.
