中央アイオワのアパート

「The unit was a unique cozy property. Close to downtown and very nice. We enjoyed our stay.」

「Loved the neighborhood. Comfy bed, super receptive host. Thank you」

「Andrew is very friendly and I love that he allows people to travel with their pets. The stairway leading up to our unit is carpet and our old dog had no trouble finding sure footing on the way up or down. The neighborhood is lovely and walkable. A great place to stay!」

「The property is only a short drive from downtown & about 10 minutes from the Coliseum where ISU holds graduation. The house is small but had enough space for our party of 3. I would not recommend the home for someone with mobility issues as the bathroom is very cramped & you need to be able to walk up a few steps to get to the doorway of the home as there is only 1 entry/exit. We had issues with our bedsheets & pillows having some dog hair on them & with the front door lock sticking, but the...

「Excelente place, very clean and organized inside, it could improve the external area and the identification (street name and number) thr maps was very clear and easy to find but I wad not expecting the gate to have that wood look and the small number in the electrical box. Other than that I would recomend this place to everyone. One more time, the cleanliness was perfect」

「The best place to say in Newton. Comfortable and roomy apartment, easy parking, and walking access to downtown. The bed is comfortable and it has a decent shower.」

「I was offered a different place on the day of my check-in. The unit I booked was on the 2nd floor, but the unit I received was on the fourth floor. The issues: This is next to a Railroad track and the trains during the night blow their whistles. At least 4 times after 10 pm and during the night. The AC system is not working, there is an AC unit full of dust by the window and a floor fan, which I ended up using. There's a lot of dust and dirt by the floors near the windows. Toilet bowl was...

「Everything was great. Very clean room and everything you need on the same stretch of road.」

「I wasn't all that impressed with the cleanliness of the room when I arrived but our host was gracious and eager to make things right away. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Will come back!」

「Angel is just that, an absolute angel! She’s an excellent host! She is always available for any question or concern. And ready to help in any way possible!」

「We had a very nice time in Des Moines! The vrbo was very nice and in a super convenient location! Would definitely stay again! 」

「The property was very clean, quite and convient. Our only real issue and this does not relate to the property was poor Verizon mobile phone service in either Iowa Falls or Alden. However, the Wi-fi in the VRBO made everything OK. We would stay again. Alden was a nice quite, clean town. We enjoyed walking the river area. We would or will stay in the future. Host was very responsive. Parking was good.」

「Great location, easy access, nice, clean and affordable. Could have used a bit more instruction on check out (ie where to leave the key). Other than that - no complaints!」

「Easy to find and check in. The apartment was historic, and the art was beautiful. The place was clean, felt like home immediately, was well maintained, and kitchen and bathroom amenities were bountiful. Internet wifi was fast (I had to upload large video files and did so quickly). I appreciated the communication prior to check in, and the written instructions and local tips in the host's guide book. Downtown was a quick 8 minute walk and very safe for female traveling alone. There are several...

「Such a cute, clean, and quiet apartment, it was perfect for a quick stay overnight.」

「Showed up to soaking wet towels, but folded on the bed for some reason. Dryer did not work properly and towels were still wet three hours later. Was very late to reservation made a month before. Host offered to bring new towels "Tomorrow", even though we were only staying one night. Host stopped responding after problem persisted... Street parking was extremely limited, There is a massive construction project directly in front of the apartment complex.I would look elsewhere for...
