「If you need to be on campus, this is the perfect spot! Squeaky clean, it has everything you need. The only small issue is the on-street parking which was tricky during the relays but I’m sure is better other times during the year. It was quiet and the other tenants were considerate.. loved it! 」

「All very good. Only suggestion: include 2 or 3 hangers in the closet. 」

「- Was able to find location without issue - Space was as shown and explainedPros: a few really nice electronic inclusions such as a motion activated trash can. Owner was very nice to work with. Cons: Could have used an extra towel and second roll of toilet paper "just in case". To be mindful of when booking: - A/C is a window unit- may make really hot days challenging.- Unit is next to a parking lot for a bar that is open *very* late. It may be very loud. Please look at ground level street view...
