This is THE perfect budget hotel. Everything you could want or need within walking or short driving. Clean rooms with some updates. Lots of USB ports which is handy. Extra big bath tubs. Free coffee in the lobby. ATM and vending in lobby.

This place was immaculate! Never seen a Motel 6 so nice! Plus I experienced the quickest check-in EVER 🙌 I will definitely stay here every time I visit Des Moines! Location is perfect, right off the highway and tons of stores and food around. Also, the staff was above average!

The room was surprisingly nice. It was clean and in good condition. The only blemish was the cigarette burns in the bathtub. There were several scetchy-looking people loitering in the parking lot, but that is not unusual for Moterl 6. I would definitely recommend this property.

The staff were pleasant and the bed and room were clean. The bathroom was clean enough, but the sink drained really slow and the bathtub faucet had a slow leak. Great for the price.

Other guests were loud all night long, and banging doors open and shut. Staff was very nice. Room was gross in the bathroom. It looked like someone peed all over the walls. There was hair stuck in it.
