"In Room 608, the shower water was very slow to turn hot. About 10 minutes the water became luke warm and gradually turned warm. The water, while clear, felt slimy giving the feeling that the shampoo and/or soap wasn't fully removed."

"The parking was inconvenient. We had to park across the street from hotel and there was no good notification of this."

"Had an issue with the inside metal lock when the door slammed shut it moved the metal and we we unable to enter back in the room until maintenance came. Unfortunately, maintenance was off premises and took an hour for him to arrive. He was awesome though! He taped the metal so it would not happen again during our stay."

"That was the hardest bed I have ever slept in....in my life. Tried to take a shower but the body soap bottle in the shower was completely empty. I had to get out and get the hand soap from the sink"

"Valet damaged my car manger still hasn’t returned my calls. Disappointing… room was pretty out dated. With that kind of customer service I won’t be returning."

"This hotel is so gorgeous!! I love the statues, how historical it is, the thought put into decorating everywhere. The room was gorgeous and the bed was super comfortable! The speakeasy in the hotel is also a really cool thing. The drinks were good, they had non-alcoholic cocktails for sober friends, the decorations were really cool and kept to the speakeasy theme. The only downfall is the Nationwide Parking garage lol. Depending on where you park, you'll have quite the walk to the hotel. The elevator was broken so to go from the skywalk to the hotel, I had to go down 3 flights of stairs. Thankfully, the stairs are easy on joints with how easy they are to go up and down. Bright side is that the parking garage is only $10 for overnight."
