"It just started off bad as soon as we checked in our room was about 80-81° so we decided to go see a little bit of the town and go grab dinner somewhere came back to the room. It was still 81° very humid. Went down to the front desk to ask them for a room that AC worked in he said he would give me a different room and he would refund me the difference. So we had to swap rooms luckily that AC was working, but in the other room, they put us in the bathroom sink only had cold water no hot water. Still waiting on my refund from the room. I have called twice to see when I will receive it and they said I would get half back but when I called today they said they were not going to give me the refund. Just bad business"
