「I enjoyed my stay. The only issue I felt should be mentioned is the walkway that leads up to the Supper Club. It’s a loose stone walkway that is poorly lit and if try to navigate it after few drinks you could easily fall. They should work on improving that before someone gets seriously hurt.」

「Great place to stay.」

「The main inn is charming. The bunkhouse is a different story, and the gap between the two is wide enough that I felt misled by the photos used to sell the property. The room is tiny. Just know a king bed takes up almost all of the floor space, and the only other furniture are small nightstands, a luggage rack, a folding chair, and a closet with a curtain instead of a door. 「Clean room and great location to restaurants. We needed a room for one night and did not want to pay a huge price. Carolina Motel fit the bill.」

「Clean room, good breakfast but items were not ready and people had to wait, air and heat, good location with food in walking distance and stores.」

「The property was clean and comfortable. We'd stay again in the future.」

「Great and affordable stay!」

「Beautiful lodge with a great history. Delicious breakfast was a nice surprise.」

「It was such a cute cabin, the area is very serene.」

「We a had a little hiccup with the door code not working but we reached out and got the code quickly. The only thing I would say we were a little surprise by the driveway at Idle Speed. It was tough to get up on a rainy day. The house is 3 stories and the bedrooms are all down stairs. I only mention it if you have trouble going up and down stairs.」

「We had never stayed in a yurt before and were pleasantly surprised about how nice and spacious everything is. The yurt itself is so fun and immaculate, it had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better, just far enough off the beaten path but close to restaurants, beautiful Nantahala lake and the NOC. The creek beside the house was wonderful for fishing and just sitting and listening. We used the hot tub several times and it was clean and well maintained. Beds are very comfy as...

「This is our new favorite vacation rental in the mountains. Very quiet except for the tranquil noise of the gorgeous creek that will put you to sleep. Peaceful, clean plenty of places to explore or cook your own meals. Host was very responsive.」

「Best “hippie” stay ever! Our hostess left no detail out….any little thing we could need, she had accommodated!Perfect spot to watch the stars at night, best weather to enjoy the firepit nightly, short steps to the soothing sounds of the river!Got the biggest kick out of showering “outside”! Bed slept very comfortably! Plenty of lighting inside and out as needed!Amazing couples’ experience!」
