「Very convenient to our destination. Very courteous staff.」

「We booked through Expedia for a last minute trip. Upon getting to the hotel, we were unable to access our room due to the door key pad dying. The personal onsite has to use the master physical key to open the door. He informed us if we left the room we would get locked out and would need to ask for assistance again. Once we finally got in, we noticed there was mold on the curtains hanging over the window unit. I made comment with the associate in the room. After he left, we inspected further and...

「The hotel was very clean, friendly staff, and the hotel sent an email every day to check on us. The room we got was a King with a jetted tub. The tub was amazing. The room was large and clean. The AC worked excellent and there was a sofa, chair and small side table in the room, along with a desk and rolling chair. We were on the second floor, but we didn't hear must noise.」

「We had room 205 this hotel is undergoing major renovation, which we were not aware of when we booked the shower in the bathroom had a crack in the wall. There was a stain on the toilet on the left-hand side and the TV did not work at all limited breakfast options the plus side was we had a good night sleep well wait to give it another chance after the renovation is done」

「The carpet was super stained and the kitchen staff was so overwhelmed that I had to get a refund for breakfast; I waited for 30 minutes without the server coming to take my order after I was greeted. On the plus side the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The person at the front desk was very helpful in helping with the refund for breakfast.」

「The lobby gave a decent first impression, but it was very misleading to the rest of the property. We had to ask to be moved rooms after getting to our first assigned room and discovering hair still on the bathroom floor, what appeared to be dried soda splattered all over a good portion of the wall near the sofa, and dried rice grains stuck to the wall near the desk! The next room was at least better than that, but still not the most clean. Took the kids to the pool where the door leading to...

「I didn't end up staying the night, so I can't say how the room was. I walked into tge main lobby, though. It's definitely a place for a quick overnight stay. I think I would feel more comfortable staying there if I had someone with me, to be honest.」

「Even though my wife is the director of housekeeping at winstar world casino and we can spend the nights there we prefer this nice hotel ! We stay every two weeks! Good customer service!」
