First of all, it was under maintenance then though night staff was outside walking around instead of coming to check to see if somebody was checking in then when I went up to go take a shower the shower door fell on top of me while the shower drain wasn’t draining. It was just filling the shower and my room was extremely hot. And when I came down at 6:30 for breakfast the only thing out was a little bit of eggs but when I came back down about 740 almost 8 o’clock they had the whole breakfast set up.

Breakfast was a couple of pieces of bread to make toast and a handful of mini muffins in a bin. Juice machine was broken. The only hot item was some scrambled eggs. Ended up going out to eat breakfast. The Pool was closed for repairs The entrance to the lobby was under construction The stairwell on the 2nd floor was closed for construction so there was no emergency exit other than the elevator Our room 231 had broken sliding doors on the closet and the ceiling in the closet was open under construction. Only one light worked in the bathroom The lamp by the couch did not work The room was clean and the front desk clerk was friendly otherwise we would have left.

Breakfast sucked! There were eggs which looked questionable, the smallest muffins, small crescents, cereal and an option to make waffles. I understand them the remodeling but the pool couldn’t be used due to cleaning! Paid $35 more than the last hotel we rented and it didn’t even have a pool.

The pool was freezing!! I called to check to see if the Indoor pool would be open and they yes, my grand daughters were looking forward to the swim and so were other guests there and yes it was open but the water was freezing!!😡😡😡😡

Room smelt like smoke, smoke detector was removed from the room, bedding smelt terrible, and the pillows were small squares. Also, something kept clicking all night like someone was scanning a room key to get into the room. The front desk was no help.

I can't believe this place!! ROACHES have a better place to sleep !! Very dirty under construction when I asked for my money back to stay somewhere else the guy working the desk told me to take it up with Expedia like it was this sites fault for getting him up to work .....

The room was quite dirty. Trash was still in the room, the sheets looked like they were just put back into place without washing. Hair on the bathroom countertop, junk in the shower. I don’t even know what sort of stuff was on the walls, it was quite gross. No one would come to the front desk for me to leave my key, I stayed next door at the Days Inn instead that night. It was cheaper and MUCH more clean!

I will never stay here again. We initially mistook the front desk staff for a homeless person lounging on the lobby couch; he then came around the counter to assist us, only to let out a massive, nauseating belch while checking us in. ​The building is in terrible condition. While it looks like they are preparing for renovations, the state of the rooms is unacceptable. We dealt with stained carpets, walls, and furniture, a broken desk chair, and worst of all, a blood stain on our bed covers. The bathroom was equally problematic, with broken light switches and a sink that leaked everywhere. To top it off, the entire place reeks of cigarettes, sweat, and marijuana, and the 'breakfast' is just a mediocre snack bar. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Room was not clean whatsoever, top cover on bed had multiple stains, had a weird stench to the whole bedding as well, felt itchy when laying in the bed. The bathroom seemed as if it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile and the shower had barely worked. Would not recommend and never staying at this hotel again

The room was clean and the A/C worked well. It was quiet. The breakfast was disappointing - cold cereal, waffles and toast. I did not see any fresh fruit, eggs, sausage or bacon and no bagels or pastries. The only ice machine was on the first floor and the pool was closed due to renovations, which the hotel desperately needs. The hotel needs new paint and showers. The staff did mot acknowledge customers at the breakfast area in the morning.

Staff helpful and polite. The property is in the middle of an upgrade obviously. Perhaps next visit I won’t have huge cigarette burns in the carpet. I also recommend you put on your website the $25 charge for dog. I was surprised.

The stay was okay, but part of the reason we chose to stay here was because it advertised contenintal breakfast and the breakfast that they offered was very disappointing they said they only do good breakfasts on weekends. My group was traveling for work and we try to stay were they offer breakfast to make it easier for us to get up and get back on the road to get to the next job. The room was good just the breakfast was disappointing.

Under renovation should have been a cheaper stay. Mold on curtains the toilet was stained the carpet was old and staind the breakfast was only for a hour not much of a selection but the coffee machine was nice

We had a family emergency and booked quickly and close to hospital. Everything was great. Clean rooms and quiet. We came and went at all hours and parking was great and available close to our entrance. Well chair equipped and staff kept us in clean towels. Renovation was in progress but wasn’t a hindrance of service and noise wasn’t a problem. Thanks for the warm breakfast
