"Brand new hotel at Ottawa airport. 1 minute walk from the Parking garage to the front desk of the hotel. Very friendly staff. Restaurant and bar with great food and great servers and open till 10:00 PM. Very short walk all under cover to the terminal to catch flight. Will definitely use the Alt hotel again on my flights out of Ottawa."

"Rooms are disgusting. Dirty, smelly, poorly lighten. This hotel is poor kept and poorly managed. One employee was the only saving grace. Polite, compassionate and empathetic. I have not heard back from management. They $260 + a night not sure for what. They need to update their pictures on your website. "
