気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
**Disappointed After Years of Staying Here**
I've been staying at this hotel for many years, but unfortunately, it’s gone downhill with each visit. While the room may look clean at first glance, it’s clear that maintenance and attention to detail are no longer a priority.
This time around, we found a cigar wrapper in the bed sheets, and the pillows and sheets were stained. The overhead lights didn’t work, there were no hooks in the bathroom, and the shower curtain wasn’t clean. On top of that, items left near our front door were taken, and **the hotel chairs were removed (by other guests) from in front of our room.
We brought some concerns to the front desk, but the response was disappointingly passive, with no effort made to address the issues.
It’s a shame, because this used to be a reliable place to stay. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be returning unless major improvements are made.
