"The room was well appointed and exactly as described. Our room was on the third floor so if you have mobility issues, it may be a concern - we didn't mind the stairs. The bed was comfortable, sheets were of high quality. The bathroom has nice ammenities. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly but we only saw the waiter. I liked the Keurig in the room- convenient for the first coffee of the morning. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great location and a really lovely 1 bedroom apartment tastefully done and with all amenities- even robes! For less than the cost of a hotel room in downtown Kingston. Our unit was newly built/renovated but with historical brick, high ceilings, full kitchen/breakfast bar, living area, bathroom with a big shower and lots of vanity space and storage. We were only there for a night for a Queens event for one of our daughters, but this unit would be completely comfortable for longer stays too....

"This newly renovated hotel is a beautiful gem in a residential neighbourhood near Lake Ontario. The renovation is gorgeous, a spectacular reimagining of a Victorian space. The room was small but very well appointed and tastefully decorated. Bed linens and mattress of very high quality. It's a great option if you are visiitng your kid at Queen's or in town to enjoy the downtown—the location is about halfway between the main part of the campus and the downtown strip. We loved it and will be back...

"A nice cheap place to spend a few days in downtown Kingston. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. There's a bit of parking on the side, but you have to pay for underground parking which once you check-in the buzz you in."

"The decor of the hotel. The food- breakfast wasn’t just open a box and cook- it was cooked on site. The pub nachos and staff- superb. The rooms were cozy had a nice lodge feel. "

"Decent for a one nighter. Bed was smaller than the expected queen, looked a little bigger than a double but was comfortable. Tv was pretty small and they had a portable heater for warmth, interesting but okay. Room itself was clean. Staff was friendly. "
