「一軒家を改装したホテルで、こじんまりとしていて、風情があってとても良かったです。 朝食が評判だったので、楽しみにしていました。追加で注文した卵料理は、もうひと工夫欲しいところでしたが、総合的には大満足です。 スタッフから、こまめにメールが来ていたので、安心して宿泊できました。 ありがとうございました。」

「The breakfast in the morning was lovely and complimentary! The host even allowed us to eat earlier than the regular breakfast hours to accommodate my work schedule. Just note that if you pick the La Salle room, the bathroom is private and you receive a key for it, but it is down the hall and around the corner from your room.」

「Our room was beautiful, (the William Suite), we were only staying one night but everything was spot on. Easy to find parking on the street opposite and a wonderful tasty breakfast delivered in the morning. Ate our evening meal at the adjoining pub and again, everything spot on, very busy which is always a good sign. Just minutes by foot to get onto the 1000 Islands Cruise. Would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation.」

「I had booked and prepaid for two nights at this hotel through Expedia specifically to attend my 20-year graduation reunion at Queen’s University. When I arrived at the hotel, instead of being checked into the room I had reserved, I was handed an envelope and told to take it across the street to the Residence Inn, where I was apparently expected to stay instead. This was done without any advance notice or communication whatsoever. I was told that there had been burst pipes in the building and...

「Would definitely stay again. The only hitch for me was that there were no handholds for getting in and out of shower. Also no nonslip mat for in shower/tub. So no shower for me. Even with that we would stay there again.」
