「Rooms were not clean, there was spiders, a broken chair, overall just not up to standard」

「The property is dated and filthy! the housekeeping staff is on site every other day. The pool is not functioning with stagnate water in it. The water in my bathroom tub didn't drain after showering. I was given a non-smoking room that reeked of tobacco smoke due to the carpet throughout the suite. The hallway smelled of a dank water-soaked basement. I noticed a wet - dry vaccume in the hallway. 「This place is amazing the staff is next level helpful and warm and make you feel like family. It’s in a really good part of this area with great restaurants and night time entertainment. Also in walking distance to a bakery that is absolutely amazing this coming for someone how lives in NY says a lot about that bakery, I have stayed at a lot of hotels and resorts and have not found staff that treat you as well as the staff here does.」

「This was an extended stay hotel that we stayed at for 3 days. It was a very clean, friendly staffed and nice place. Being an extended hotel the thing to beware of is there’s a small stove and large fridge/freezer in the room, ice trays and great shower, but no breakfast which wasn’t a problem. It was in a great location, secure, very quiet and staffed by friendly people. Paid laundry facilities and ample and free exercise room.」

「Loved the warm welcome from the hosts. First time staying in a B&B and this was a great experience that I will definitely do again. The room was very spacious due to the high ceiling and I loved all the restored details of the house. It was the small details that made this stay refreshing. Loved the family style breakfast that was provided.」

「We checked in and went straight to dinner when we returned the TV's wouldn't work. When we asked about it the ONLY person on duty tried getting them fixed but was completely clueless. She said that she would put us in another room but it would take about 30 mins, so we didn't shower or unpack. Almost 2 hours later they finally called and said the room was ready. Once we moved and got ready for bed we found out that the Sleep Number beds wouldn't work. One side was full of air and the other was...

「I booked a king all they had was a full they said both of them cost the same amount and gave me a full although I booked a king online through Expedia. The pool is dirty. They accused me of stealing the towels and smoking in the room refused to give me my deposit back I will never stay here again.」
