「¡Una experiencia maravillosa! Si buscan un hotel 100% familiar, este es el lugar indicado. El ambiente es súper seguro y tranquilo, perfecto para disfrutar con los niños sin preocupaciones. La playa que está justo frente al beach club es simplemente hermosa. Nos encantó empezar los días con su desayuno continental que es súper completo, y después aprovechar la renta de bicis para pasear. Para cerrar con broche de oro, el spa es un servicio que vale muchísimo la pena para relajarse....

The curly-haired woman at reception was neither friendly nor helpful and didn't seem interested in providing good customer service. On the other hand, Héctor, one of the waiters, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. He was easily the highlight of the staff. 「Aldea Kuka was one of the highlights of our trip to Holbox. The beachfront location is stunning, with beautiful ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. The room was clean, comfortable, and full of charming eco-boutique details. The staff was warm and attentive throughout our stay, and the included breakfast was fresh and delicious. If you’re looking for a quiet, stylish escape with direct beach access, I highly recommend Aldea Kuka. I would definitely stay here again!」

「Property was really private and had a great view of the gulf but its a separate unit from the hotel the living room area didn’t have air conditioning and it’s kind of outdated, no tv in any of the rooms and a really weak ac units in the rooms!!!」
