The staff was very helpful and were attentive to any requests. The room was beautiful and spotlessly cleaned every day. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast daily and there was always a good variety of options including made to order eggs and Mexican specialties. The grounds and the beach club are amazing and the location allows for an easy walk to the centre of town. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach with stunning views. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and fresh. As for the food and drinks, the tacos were absolutely delicious and the cocktails were on point. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway with top-notch service!

This place was amazing!!! Beautiful grounds, pools, buildings, rooms, bars/restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location with walkable access to both town and the more natural end of the beach. Great price with a wonderful buffet breakfast option. The room was very beautiful and comfortable.

The hotel it’s nice, clean, and location is great, that only restaurant for breakfast they offer it’s ok but not so much, the fruit it was not fresh, they use leftover fruit, coffee it’s the only one was fresh. That’s why I give them 4 stars.

Great property in a great location. I think the price is also reasonable. I love the Hotel and everything it has to offer. I think the only thing I would suggest would be having better beds with better pillows, and perhaps having some evening outdoor entertainment.

Lovely resort

Right on the beach, beach service for food, beautiful gardens. Huge breakfast included. I was a little surprised that the restaurant servers and front desk staff weren’t super friendly . Great place to come if you want to sunbathe and eat. Otherwise there is not much to do in Holbox.

Beach in this area is much nicer than near downtown. Food was not so great here and hotel is pretty dated. I’d likely stay at a neighboring hotel next time, since we loved this beach.

All of the staff were exceptionally nice to us the entire time and accommodated to our every need, and were flexible when our plans changed last minute. The resort is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful if you aren’t looking to stay around the party scene. Would come back again and again!!
