「There was a damp smell in the room that was covered up by some kind of fragrance that was not pleasant. The towels felt like sandpaper on my skin. We only slept there for one night, as we were visiting friends in town, but I would not stay there for more than one night. I would not recommend this, unless you are restricted to staying in the area.」

「It was clean. The evening staff was really nice. The air conditioning was just ok. You might want to get breakfast elsewhere. The dining room was very small for the number of guests. I had to ask the front desk guy to please restock the food. Everything was very low. He took his time restocking it all.」

「Sweet little cottage that could use stronger Wi-Fi and a shower curtain that didn’t feature snowmen in late March. The coffee maker did not work, totally clogged :( we ran some vinegar thru but it needs another round.Someone in our group sat on the chair in the queen bedroom and the chair broke. Luckily no one was hurt.」

「This cabin was perfect for us. Super clean, super cozy, super comfortable! It had everything we needed and many special touches! We will be staying here again!」

「If you are looking for a peaceful getaway in very clean accommodations, this is a great place for you. If you want to relax, it's nice a quiet with a view of the river or if you want to be more active, it's one hour from Madison and 15 minutes for walking trails and kayaks. You can walk 5 minutes to grab something easy to eat or run to the gas station for small stuff. The cabin felt like it was brand new, and we would definitely recommend this place to others.」

「Me and my wife spent a nice romantic weekend there. It was very scenic,relaxing and secluded. A perfect romantic get away. Just realize there are 2 cabins next to each other, so it’s possible that you could be sharing the area with other people. Fortunately it was just us two. It was a beautiful place.0」

「Very pleased with my stay. Room was clean and nice. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The parking garage entrance is difficult to navigate with a truck. The pool was out of commission. Not enough of an issue to reduce my rating.」

「Very quiet and relaxing. Beds were comfy and the decor was beautiful. Was a lovely wake up with visits from Stewart and Sloan for some friendly pets. We were close to everywhere we needed to be (anywhere from a 5-20 minute drive) and had a super easy check in! Thank you for the lovely local cheese gifts waiting for our arrival. 」
