「エアコンが古く、音が多少気になった」

「Room was clean and staff was very friendly.」

「Room was spacious and super clean. The sliding door on the bathroom was hard to close sometimes, so privacy was a bit of an issue. The AC goes on and off rather than regulating at a steady temp, so a bit annoying. Also, the elevator wasn’t working about half the time we were there. Breakfast and coffee good and fresh. Location unbeatable. Decent gym. Some staff great, others a little abrupt. 」

「I stay in this area often and I wanted to try a different hotel. There’s a little cheaper than the one I normally stay at. I don’t even think for the prize I would stay here again. The bed was so hard that it probably would’ve been more comfortable to sleep on the floor and their AC does not stay on so in other words we got no sleep while we were there cause the bed was so hard and the air would cut off for a really long time. The fan would never stay running. I would not stay here again. 」

「Great sleep. Friendly desk staff. We arrived early and we were allowed early room access for which we were very grateful. Easy walk to shops, fast food etc. Nice breakfast. Overall a nice stay.」

「アンティークホテルでないのに、エレベーターもなく スーツケースをもって階段をあがらないといけなかった。 ハイウェイのすぐ横でそとからの騒音がひどかった。 建物が古く、暗い感じがした。」

「The only thing that really bothered me was that there were strands of hair everywhere! I want to be clear that the room was very clean, but I’d maybe bring a lint roller just in case…they did have a little hand-vacuum in the suite, so that helped as well. Other than that, we really did enjoy ourselves…great amenities, amazing view, polite & helpful staff!! Would return no doubt 」

「Bugs in bathroom, dirty bedframe and floors, disgusting elevator full of dead bugs and food trash, and then the heavy smell of smoking despite being a smoke free hotel. Made the mistake of being cheap and definitely laid the price 」

「Staff came to my door at 9:30 am pounding on my door telling me it's 11am. That i need to go. I told her the time she said no it's 11! Very dirty room. Very disappointed and shocked for it being in Rockwall. 」

「The rooms were very clean, the staff was great very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good- all the pastries were individually wrapper, hot cinnamons rolls. The lady even made me turkey sausage for me since I have dietary restrictions. I would recommend this place & stay again. 」

「All the staff was extremely friendly. I dropped my phone unloading and returned from room to look for it. Went to front desk and it was returned to me after being able to provide details of phone physical description and lockscreen picture. Be Gold In my bathroom the shower head had no solid fixture and was just hanging from shower curtain. I dont know if the difference is being a gold member and being in 4th floor like my friend because his was on a solid fixture. 」
