Terrible weekend stay through August 1st - 4th. I booked for work & I work nights & the AC in room 310 was terrible. As soon as I walked in it was hot, but figured housekeeping had bumped up the temperature, so I dropped it down. Left for work & figured it’d be cool once I got back. I was terribly mistaken. The room was still hot! Thankfully I carry a small travel fan with me when I travel for work, or else I would not have been able to sleep in those conditions. I called the front desk when I got back & the guy said to leave it at 68° with the fan turned “on”. I gave it a try & when I got back Sunday morning, it was worse & way too hot. I called the front desk again & asked to be transferred to a different room so I could sleep more comfortably but she said I couldn’t be transferred to another room since all the rooms were full & housekeeping would need to clean them first. She said the earliest I would be able to get into another room would be after 2/3pm. That wasn’t an option for me since I sleep during the day & I was not staying up just to get 2 hours of sleep. She gave me her managers email & I emailed “Christopher” explaining the horrible AC room condition & requested a partial refund. Have yet to hear from the manager. Overall, yes, I managed to sleep but without any blankets on me, it was way too hot. When checking out, I asked if any others have complained & she said “Yes, we’ve had multiple complaints”. Beware staying here if you work nights! I won’t be returning.
