「We had a great visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very fresh no matter what time we arrived during the service window. The only issue we had was the refrigerator in our room didn't work. We didn't point this out to the staff because we didn't really need it. Also there was a very faint odor in the restroom. But overall we were very satisfied.」

「Property was Great!! We stayed a week while racing in the area. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking lot fills up quick, the hotel is so popular and nice! Our room was cleaned every couple of days, very nice and breakfast was nice. 」

「Do not eat at the Nietos Mexican Restaurant next door. All I ordered was queso and chips. Queso was vivid orange like cheeze whip, lumpy and got cold quickly. The chips are not fresh. Malakoff is just down the road.... The front desk clerk was nice but got impatient because I don't hear well and she had to repeat a lot. Those sconce lights are really bright. Could use a dimmer option. Overall, my stay was good. I would stay there again.」

「Staff was nice. Room was a dump. Toilet seat was carved up and bathtub wall tiles were peeling or missing paint. Room smelled funny. TV remote missing battery door, no ironing board or iron in the room. Room and property generally looked worn down. But again, staff was nice.」

「Wonderful staffing and fantastic breakfast. The elevator was the only complaint. It was CRAZY SLOW when no one was waiting. You could used the stairs faster, if you weren't carrying luggage or food. We were on the 4th floor with a great view and location for various events, shopping and traveling.」

「This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The room smelled absolutely disgusting the moment I walked in — like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. Staying there felt unbearable. Calling it “breakfast” is honestly a joke. There was barely anything available, and not even basic coffee. I’ve seen better options at gas stations. Completely misleading and unacceptable. The environment around the rooms was even worse. People were constantly smoking right...
