「We had a confirmed reservation from Expedia at this hotel. When we tried to check in at the hotel, we did NOT have a reservation. They said Expedia did not push the reservation. The clerk on duty was very helpful, and helped us find another hotel to stay at (there were no rooms left at this property). I would recommend this hotel. NOT happy with Expedia. We tried calling, but got automated messages to push buttons & never reached a representative. THANK YOU to the gentleman at the front desk.」

「Recommend. Clean room, friendly staff and decent breakfast.」

「My spouse is 85 sbd I suffer with vertigo and balance issues. When we booked I wasn’t aware of no elevator. We went in with a backpack, in the morning we needed items from our suitcase and asked about a service elevator but was told no elevator on premises. They went to work and moved us to the 1st floor for the remainder of our stay which was much appreciated!.」

「Very convenient and comfortable hotel.」
