「Everything was good except having to climb (no lift ) up to the second floor to get to our bedroom. Not good for 80 year olds with dodgy knees.」

「A wonderful woodland stay in a character filled hotel and restaurant in the heart of the Malverns. Did not have dinner here, but the cooked breakfast was spot on. Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay.」

「Comfortable room at very reasonable price including full breakfast, which was excellent. Convenient for city centre, cathedral and cricket (my reason for trip). I travelled by train so can't comment on parking. It's an old inn so rooms are not super-modern but have character. It was very warm until I had had the windows open overnight. A fan was provided but I was glad I missed the predicted heatwave a few days later. With windows open there was a degree of street noise, e.g. bin lorries early...

Breakfast with variety of options was delicious and service was excellent. Relaxing music in breakfast room was a great idea. The place has got good vibes. 」
