The room was perfect; parking was great after I found the entrance (not clearly marked). On booking in, the receptionist was particularly welcoming. However on signing out, the different receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional!

The hot tub and pool were closed for refurb disappointment as one of the reasons for booking hotel Never mind the rest of the stay was top notch. Rooms beds and shower all top rate. Must mention the Breakfasts which were cooked to perfection service in dinning room fantastic.

Lovely hotel. Very convenient for exploring Worcester. Great staff. Michelle was very accommodating. Room was in back of hotel which was quieter until 6.45am on Sunday morning when scaffolders were dismantling scaffolding!!! Spa was good but small. Would have been good to have adjoining door from hotel open instead of walking outside. Lovely clean room. Good breakfast. Would certainly recommend.

Quick check in. We oaid fir oarkung as theres a machine as you walk in and pre stay email said oarking was payable. So we paid. But reception advised free parking was an expedbooking perk. No refund as a diffrrent company. Lovely room , big and comfy bed for a double, good hot shower and amenties good. Great location.
