「Beautiful character with original features and plenty of space for a large group. The hot tub overlooking the stunning setting was the icing on the cake. Would thoroughly recommend.」

「The Bridge is a very well-run establishment with great staff and good food. The rooms are excellent - clean and tidy and well furnished. The bar and dining areas are overdue re-decoration, otherwise it would be a 5-star review, but hopefully we can drum up more customers so there will be money to spend. The staff are friendly and welcoming and clearly work very, very hard.」

「The hotel is lacking in cleanliness, our room had thick layers of dust on the surfaces and the inside of the wardrobe was filthy, the plug chain to the sink was in 3 pieces placed next to the tap and the bathroom door did not shut properly. The windows could all do with a clean and there were cobwebs to many of them with insects trapped so obviously had been there sometime.The bedside cabinet was broken inside. Breakfast was laid out covered in cling film that everyone had tried to remove and we...

「The photos of this property are completely misleading, as in reality it is very very different! The room was small, nowhere to put anything, the en-suite was tatty with broken shelf over sink, dirty mirror and a shower that was pretty poor! The room was cold & uninviting! Other parts of the property were full of clutter & just looked uncared for and needs a complete overhaul. I can’t believe we paid good money to stay here!! 」

「Just spent the evening with Edward and his family at this historic property. We had a fabulous experience throughout our stay. The room was large, clean with fabulous views. The bathroom was sumptuous with a wonderful curved bath and shower. Edward our host could not do enough for us. This is his family home, and we enjoyed a tour of the house and to hear about its history. My partner and I would highly recommend you stay. 」
