「What a wonderful local pub that is dog friendly. The owners / managers and the staff were friendly, helpful and nothing too much. Chatty locals. Locally sourced super home cooked food and locally brewed IPA. Clun is a nice village for a wander around after dinner. Last minute booking before rally driving would definitely visit again」

「What I didn't like was the Noise from the traffic over the night, other wise was pleased with the large room, clean and comfortable. Parking area OK but very dusty. The staff is very helpful and pleasant.」

「The room was lovely, and comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly, the breakfast was excellent. The only poor thing was a very noisy fan somewhere outside my window, so I had to shut the windows on a hot night, the fan did go off, not sure what time, to be fair I do put the light out fairly early.」

「We have stayed here on numerous occasions & find the staff are always friendly / helpful. However upon my original booking, it would have been nice to know that the pub now closes at 4pm every Sunday. I was looking forward to an evening meal as it has always been excellent in the past.
I do concider the cost high to stay in a pub & considering we were not able to use all the amenities. So I may look elsewhere on my next visit to see family in Leominster.」

「Nice location, quiet room, mostly clean, pleased to see there was a fan available. We were disappointed that the pub doesn't serve food on a Monday night. We missed breakfast as had to leave before 8am. Decent place to stay, would go again. A little tight for parking but worked out okay.」
