「Everything was fine」

「I had a long day flying and came into my room and immediately went to sleep. When I woke up the next morning and went to use the sink in the shower there was hair all over the sink and bathtub that was not mine. It was disgusting and when I asked the woman on duty about it, she said that I needed to call back on Friday to speak to the manager.」

「The outside may not appear impressive, but it actually is. Its just old, but the possibilities atr endless . The room was WONDERFUL. Staff was friendly and accommodating. 」

「Shower leaked all the time water on the floor. Hotel breakfast was sub par. Room was basic for a suite. 」

「The room wasn’t cleaned at all the whole time we were there we were rationed towels only given 2 even though I booked a room for 3 people not once did they ever come in and atleast empty trash and refill toilet paper never have I stayed at a hotel where you had to go down and ask for clean towels and empty your own waste baskets」

「The thing that was good there was the ladies in the restaurant for breakfast. They were very nice and very helpful. But don’t pay the higher price for breakfast. It’s all the same. They really need to update. The place carpets are very stained and dirty. Coming into the place to register needs a major paint job it’s like they’re just letting it go. They said there’s a pool there but they have no instructions or tell you nothing about where the pool is or nothing. They said you can order room...

「Great customer service. Very clean hotel. The only complaint was the parking… we had to wait about 30 minutes to find a parking spot on Saturday night; other than that, highly recommend.」

「Staff was great. Access to hotel a bit confusing, through a Sheetz parking lot. Drain in bathroom sink was slow. Elevator broke, but was quickly repaired. Not a bad hotel, but a bit too expensive for the quality, in my opinion.」

「Went for breakfast and every table was dirty and the food counter. Worker was too busy on her phone and eating in the kitchen. Workers from the construction site are housed here and parking is crazy. We’ve stayed here many times but now it’s time to find a new place. Area has gotten well overdeveloped.」

「Convenient location is what drew us to the hotel late arrival. Check in was smooth and room comfortable. The manager Tracy is very kind and quickly took care of a little mixup. We will def be back.」

「Breakfast was fine. I don't generally eat much and had early morning commitments so didn't really have time, but coffee was good. Room was cleaned each day and fresh towels provided. 」
