"We initially booked the double room and it does look a little bit dated and small. We changed to a twin room to accommodate our luggage space needs better, and the size of the room was significantly better. We could walk comfortably and the rooms were clearly refurbished and in a newer condition. It faces the city so the view was great. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. "Staff service is excellent, staff are able to communicate in English with me. I require to store luggage’s for one night and re-check in for four more nights, they are able to store the luggage’s for us. Breakfast is exceptional, variety of choices, soup and hot food are very nicely cooked and prepared. Definitely a 5 star hotel."

"Lovely resort hotel . Our room was enormous, the pool was relaxing and breakfast was amazing - so much choice and all really fresh . It’s a bit out of the city but there are local buses and train on the doorstep and a free shuttle bus too. We came to see Fukuoka and have a rest from Tokyo . The hotel was great for both. Only downside for us was no vegetarian option at Dinner so we ate in Fukuoka . "
