The staff was very professional, friendly, helpful, and skillful! The hotel was immaculately kept. Dining was a 10-star treat, with the food being tasty and served promptly!! I can't wait to stay there again.

Close to the hakata station and the room is clean. But, the hotel is a bit old and there is no public bath facility.

Overnight stop-over in Hakata
The hotel and the staff were really nice and extremely helpful. Our room's safe was not working and they replaced it in a matter of minutes. They tool care of really well and the only thing they did not do was give us kids' sized room slippers and bathrobes as promised during check in...but we really never cared about it. Because of the Corona-virus outbreak there were hand-sanitizes all over the place and janitorial staff were constantly wiping down door handles and other places like that.

It was enjoyable. They have staffs who can speak English very well. We got good recommendation about where to go and places to eat every day. Services were great!!! They refused to take the tips. They said it’s the hotel policy. What a great attitude!
