「Clean room. Clean bath room. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. I would recommend」

「We have stayed in this hotel many times and have tried to get the king suite with a sleeper sofa. That has generally worked out well for us, but this visit the sleeper sofa mattress was incredibly uncomfortable with sagging and springs that impossible not to feel. If they replace the sleeper sofa mattress, then it will be nice, but it was so bad it could hardly be slept on as it was. Hopefully this is just a small glitch. We reported it to the front desk and maybe they will get it changed out 」

「Everything was good except it would’ve been nice to have a reading chair in there and I think they may have had one at one time because there was a lamp in the corner and an ottoman.」

「Breakfast was gross. Old smell to building. No in room necessities like hand soap & body wash. Broken phone. Coffee maker and ice bucket IN RESTROOM. Bed sheets and towels in poor condition (torn & stained). No elevators. Poor quality inn :/」

「This place was nice except the room smelled musty and the breakfast bar was at best minimally stocked. The tub filled up ankle deep during the shower. The toilet clogged up without anything in it. This place could definitely use some updating. The coffee pot leaked all over. Very very sad. 」

「Not a bad place to stay can use some updating, but you get what you pay for and for a one night stay it’s not bad. Bed was comfortable. Pool was out of service and drained. 」

「Bed bugs!!! Beware!!! And the staff are terrible. And they take your money after you check out.$57 charge after checkout apparently because we didn’t put the cushions back on the bed bug infested couch. The pool is so cold it’s unusable. All in all find another hotel this one is trash on all levels. 」

「The staff is friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. It is convenient to Walmart, Starbucks and McAllister Deli.」

「The dining area is very small. The chair in the room was not good, I think maybe broken. Bathtub was stained. Knob broken of control in bathroom. 」

「Breakfast was good. Staff was attentive. Other guests were problematic but thats not the hotels fault. They addressed the issue promptly. 」

「The hot tub in the room was amazing. Anytime, we go to Conway, we book here. 」

「No warning when booking that this hotel is under construction. They have workers working until dark, so if you need quiet or peace this is not the place. Staff was not overly friendly or helpful. The front desk attendant huffed and puffed when I asked for a receipt for some snacks I bought with cash. 」

「The hotel was modern with lighted safe parking. The breakfast was hot with options for everyone. All the staff was friendly. It’s close to food and shopping. 」
