Fly-fishing Hideaway

A GETAWAY with LITTLE RED at your back door!!!
Spacious, adorable remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath year round vacation rental with direct access to The LITTLE RED River. The home is fully equipped with washer/dryer and has fully stocked kitchen, towels included. Enjoy first class FLY-FISHING just steps away from Scroncher Shoals along with EXCELLENT bank fishing. Enjoy fire-pit to keep warm on cool evenings in a relaxing RIVER VIEW setting. Parking includes ample room for boat. Barnett's boat launch access is only 1 mile away. The Damsite Marina is six minutes away. Excellent restaurants beginning 1 mile away with renown Cafe Klaser's on the River and Chuck's Fine Dining Restaurant.
The area is a hikers' delight, with many trails within 6 miles. Try out Sugarloaf Mountain Trail, Mossy Bluff Buckeye Trail (from the Gardner Visitor Center) and Bridal Falls Trail (Sugarloaf, Mossy Bluff and listed as moderate and Bridal Falls as easy).
Close to Baptist Hospital.

Our host Deb welcomed us with some cookies and made us feel at home. Great getaway from the summer heat - the river with its morning mist is creating a special atmosphere.Great for fishing and bird watching. Home is fully equipped and very clean. We will happily come again!

Beautiful Property & Wonderful Owner

This place was a great experience for us as a family. There were tons of games inside as well as more games outside. The property is on the Little Red River so you can literally walk down to the river and fish or just enjoy the sounds. There is a firepit along with outdoor lighting so help with night time. Place is just amazing and the owner Mrs Deborah is such a delight and very helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone and we will stay here again if available.

Beautiful location

Deb was a gracious and generous host. Her hospitality goes above and beyond! Beautiful location with a short walk to the river. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful place.

Peaceful and relaxing

It was a cozy place to relax and enjoy the little red river and its fishing. The house was clean with everything needed. The host was nice willing to help in any way.

Great place to stay

Our host made the stay perfect. Deb made sure we had anything we needed. So peaceful setting around the fire pit with friends. Or setting on the deck watching river flow by. We did get to eat a good brown trout my son caught, and a old friend cooked over the open fire it was delicious. Will definitely try this place again.

Beuatiful view along the river

The property is located immediately on the Little Red River with direct access for fishing. We enjoyed our stay. The trailer is older but clean and comfortable. The owner is nice and very helpful.

You could not ask for a better host! Deb is amazing! She makes you feel like family! The property is gorgeous, the river is amazing! The house is so sweet and has everything you could need to unplug and get R&R! We will definitely return!!

Very relaxing little getaway!

My husband and I visited Deb's property to celebrate our anniversary and it was just what we needed! The little house is the perfect size and very clean! Deb does a great job with her property! The river was of course beautiful and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Nice place on the river

Deb is so gracious and a truly kind person! Was on a fly fishing trip with my son. Fishing was tough, water was high but we had a nice place, in a beautiful area and an overall good time!

A peaceful piece of Heaven

We love this property and the host. It’s a very quiet humble place on the river with a lot of privacy. The fishing is phenomenal. Ms Deb is an amazing host and is very hospitable. We will be back again, soon.

My favorite vacation spot

If you are looking for a beautiful, secluded river setting, this spot is perfect. The back yard has a fire pit, the stairs leading down to the river have a perfect coffee spot, and once you are down on the river you feel like you are the only person for miles. Deb is an amazing hostess who treats you like a life-long friend. I truly feel like I am home when I am here.

You won't find a better host. Deb is very friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The property is very clean and is on one of the best fishing stretches of the Little Red River (when the generation patterns cooperate)!

Relaxing getaway

We really enjoyed our stay, the river was beautiful. Husband and son enjoyed fly fishing and both caught trout. The water was cold due to the dam but that didn’t stop them fishing every day. It was a perfect place to relax. Beds were comfortable, cabin was supplied with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The local area was lovely and we had several days out. Blanchard caves was incredible. If your looking for a quiet getaway on a beautiful river this is a perfect place to stay.

Harmon Anniversary

Deb was the perfect host. She answered texts promply and made sure our stay was great. The river was low but that was because the dam couldn't release water so not her fault. The house was very comfortable and location was as advertised, river was easy 50 yard walk. Town was about 5 minute drive away with good restaurants and about anything we needed. Great stay.

A piece of Heaven

We loved this stay! It gave me the feeling of visiting grandparents in the summer! There were fresh baked cookies on the table when we arrived and water in the fridge. We were greeted by Deb and she showed us the river! The river was absolutely awesome, we loved just sitting and watching and enjoying the wildlife all around! The trailer was fantastic! Every detail was thought of! It felt like home, and Deb, the river, and that cozy trailer will forever be in my heart. I can't wait to visit again!

PERFECT GETAWAY!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here at Deb’s place on the river. If you’re looking for something fancy or a place to party this is not the place for you. However if you’re looking for a clean, safe place that offers tranquility and privacy then look no further. We loved making s’mores around the fire pit at night and walking down the staircase to the edge of the river. It’s perfect! It’s also close to Heber Springs dame site park where you can swim, jump off the cliffs or go boating. We hope to go again in the near future. There were a few minor things that are worth noting but would definitely not keep us from returning which are: no dishwasher, one end of the Mobil home is pretty warm but there are plenty of fans to help pull cold air from living room down the hallway. Deb has thought of everything to make sure her clients are well taken care of and have what they need. It’s been our favorite place to stay so far. You will be blessed!

We had a just a grand time hanging out by the river and the fire pit. The host was attentive and communicated well without being too present. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and pleasant. Can't wait to go back.
