Nice people, clean place

I needed a clean, basic place to stay while visiting family in the area. This place fit the bill. The staff was very friendly and the maids really did their job. The breakfast was average, but I wasn't there to eat; and the pool wasn't much to speak of. But overall, for the price, this is an excellent place to stay for a budget-conscious family, traveler, businessman, or worker.

I left my diamond stud earrings on the dresser. Didn't realize it until I was on the plane home. the maid did not turn them in. Plus, I had left a $20 tip for her. I am NOT PLEASED!

Thanksgiving Stay in Beebe

We were staying 2 nights. The staff was great at check in. After bring in all of our luggage, we left for a while and came back. When we went in the bathroom and realized there was an issue with the room. Other than the bathroom issue, the condition of the room in general and overall cleanliness was so so and we found food in the fridge. Because of the bathroom issue, we went to the front desk and asked to switch rooms. The staff was very apologetic and moved us from the first to the second floor which was great. However, we had to carry everything upstairs after repacking because there was no elevator (not sure if there was none or it just wasn't working). Anyhow, the second room was much better and cleaner. The next day we spoke to the manager who, again was apologetic, and he gave us a discount on the first night which we appreciated. Both rooms smelled musty but in the end we had a good stay. I cannot stress enough how accommodating the entire staff was.
