「ホットスプリングスの歴史的市街地の裏通りのホテル。確かに古いホテルだとは思うが、歴史があると言いかえればありがたみが増す。ホテルスタッフの数が増えれば、もっと滞在が快適になるかも。」

「Poco ruido」

「Stayed in Unit 12 (king room) on our way through town. Bedroom was small but spotless! Bathroom had been recently renovated with a cool lighted mirror and was the cleanest of any place I’ve ever payed to stay. Quiet and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again! 」

「Was a great visit. Inside the lobby and elevators could use some touch up. The room and view was great except we had no body wash in the bathroom. External could use some touch up between the hotel and parking. I did not feel my vehicle was secure however i could look out my room window and see it. 」

「old. Someone's Hair falls in bathroom and washroom. dirty. Towels were dirty. The fuse blew out and the appliances could no longer be used. I had to move the room and it was hard because we had a lot of luggage. Hair dryer broken, air conditioner uncomfortable. The appliances were dusty. The hotel was worst but the breakfast staff was attentive and very helpful and work well.」
