「I was there for a work trip which was cut short due to a family emergency and needed to check out early. I spoke with the manager about it. She said that she didn't see a reason why I shouldn't get a refund, but then I was never issued a refund or a credit after I had already checked out.」

「Very relaxing atmosphere.」

「Next door to the Sonnentag Center. Nearby the entrance to Carson Park. 1 mile from Water Street restaurants and bars. 2.5 miles from UWEC lower campus by car. 30 minute walk on the trail along the Chippewa River. 2.5 mile drive to UWEC upper campus. Great spot to walk pets just out the back door of the hotel. Easy access to Hwy 12/Clairemont Ave. Burgers just a 3 minute walk at Valley Burger and Ice Cream across the street at Roadside Diner. Great Marriott breakfast in the morning. 5 stars!」

「Pleasant staff when we arrived. Tv didn't work and staff helped to get it going. Something was wrong with it or the remote. They moved us to another room. They didnt waste time trying to get it going. Thank you.」

「お風呂の水道が壊れていた。シャワーはつかえたけど。 朝食は無料だけどイマイチだった。」
