I would identify this a budget hotel. But, considering the cost and amenities, it was very good to excellent. I would love more luxurious towels, but the bed was comfortable, pillows as well and the room was very clean. Great binder to answer any questions as well. Breakfast was as expected, variety and plentiful.

The breakfast was great, pancake machine, and I was thankful for the bananas!! The hot tub was hot and air streams were strong. Everything was so clean!!! Staff was super nice. We would stay there again.

We chose this hotel based on the low price and had the proper expectations for the price; however, we were still disappointed. The first room we were assigned had a very, very strong odor. We asked for a different room which they gave us. The second room still had a smell to it but not as strong. The sheets had stains on them. Towels had brown stains on them. We didn’t use the pool but the pool looked cloudy. Would not stay here again.

The dresser drawer kept opening by itself. The spa was way too hot. The pool ladder steps were loose and unsafe. There was no ventilation in the pool area, the steam burned our eyes, and even set of the fire alarm throughout the hotel. The ground outside was covered in cigarette butts and trash. We took our bags out to the car before getting breakfast at 9am on our last day and they had stripped the beds and started clearing the room before we were done in the room. We had to steal a roll of TP from a cart in the hall because they took the 1/2 roll that was in the bathroom when we went for breakfast.

I was very impressed with the up keep of Quality Inn. When I checked in, Dee was right there to do this. She answered any questions I had. I told her that I might talk to her later about Uber service. When I did, she was right there to help me set everything up. She showed patience for me trying to do this. I was so impressed with her in everyway there is.

The hotel is run down the rooms smelled like smoke the pool and hot were tiny the breakfast was terrible the security doors didn't shut the bathrooms were gross. The only good part about this hotel was the staff. Also rooms were not ready when they were supposed to be. Will never stay here again. For this quality hotel the rooms should be no more than 50 dollars a night.

The room/bedding was dirty and damp and smelled unpleasant, and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. I reserved a room with two queen beds, but there was only one. We left after 20 mins and just drove home. Front desk staff was nice, though.
