It was our first time here and we really loved it! Staff is great, all of them kind and friendly. The room was impeccable. It was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool and the breakfast there. 100% recommended. I think we found our place to stay when we visit Eau Claire 😊

We booked 5 rooms to accommodate my husband and I and four of our adult children, spouses and their kids. We had other family members join us to visit since they haven’t seen some of our kids in a very long time and never met our grandchildren. We had a great time!! The room was clean and nice, the staff was prompt and friendly. My largest issue with the hotel is that the hot tub is down. There always seems to be a 50/50 chance they are actually functioning. I always base my hotel stays based on the pool and hot tub, so this was extremely disappointing.

The room was very new, clean, and comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed the workout area. I liked the Peloton bike and we both like the free weights. The hot tub and pool were nice. Pool area was very clean. Breakfast was good. Overall, a very nice place to stay.
