「毎年7月末に家族で宿泊してます。 このホテルの目玉は目の前のビーチ！！！ 客層も家族連れとシニアが多く、とても落ち着いた雰囲気です。 また来年も宿泊したいです。」

「The hotel’s public rooms maintain a faded charm of times long gone, but the bedrooms and bathrooms are modern, well equipped and functional. The setting overlooking the coast could not be bettered - and enjoying it whilst tucking into an excellent buffet breakfast was great. We will definitely return.」

「We booked a Gold seaview room. The views were beautiful and the balcony was a great touch to have morning coffee & a glass of wine of an evening. Staff were friendly on check-in/out. Car parking was tight, but not a problem.as we were out all day & utilised the free car parking over the road between 6pm & 8am. Very confusing to have check-in at the rear of the hotel when the facade lends itself to where it should be. The room itself was well equipped (hospitality tray, towels etc...). However,...

「House keeping was good. Room was small and pretty tired. Bath hand basin sink plug broken and toilet seat would not stay up. Staff polite but not very customer focused. Just did their job! Breakfast was disappointing. Advertised as ‘continental’ but fell short of what we were expecting. Parking good. Plenty of space」

「Amazing views over Poole! We ate dinner at the hotel as we wanted to enjoy the view. Breakfast was busy which is to be expected as I think all room rates include breakfast- they had to pause taking orders for 5/10 mins as the chef had too many orders . It would be a good idea to ask guests to book a time for breakfast in order to avoid a sudden influx at one time. Lots of stuff ran out and staff members seemed stressed. 「We booked two rooms while walking the coast path. Neither room had a working shower. Both produced boiling hot water that would burn.All we were offered was the use of another shower in an outside building. We declined. Tired building and the Manager uninterested in offering any support or refund. He just told us the rooms were due to be updated! My advice..Go somewhere else. 」

「Lovely clean and tidy hotel. The rooms look refurbished and were spotless. We had the family room which was bigger than we were expecting. Two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. The staff were pleasant. Parking plentiful. Breakfast (eggs, hash browns, beans, sausages, bacon etc.) was included. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops. Perfect for our stay.」

「A fabulous pub / hotel! The staff were super friendly but very professional. The room we had was exceptional - a family room with double bed and 2 bunk beds (one of which housed our adult daughter without any problem). The new interior decorations were gorgeous - Pooky lights, artwork on the walls and corridors etc. Breakfast was magnificent (full vegetarian) and the bar in the evening was great with good choice of drinks and background music at the right level.
