「The room was clean and tidy, however when we stayed last year we had bottles of water in our room but this was not the case this time, I brought my own last year but didn't this year as I thought that bottles of water would be in our room. I also requested an extra pillow as the 2 pillows I had were flat, reception made a note of this but the pillow never arrived. Staff were all very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. 「disappointed that found out after I booked pool was closed. Plenty of parking & room was clean with plenty of tea & biscuits. Bed comfy but did not sleep well due to a high pitched noise outside that would have been less audible had the window closed a bit tighter.」

「Spooky!!! This place is definitely haunted, 100%, whilst staying here last night I woke to see the outline of a ghost at the end of my bed 👻, it moved slowly across the room towards the window and then disappeared. If you like the paranormal this is the place to stay. Will definitely come again.」

「We were warmly welcomed by staff who were friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate with all of the amenities we could have wished for. The restaurant was excellent- again staff very attentive, friendly and had a sense of humour! Breakfast was well worth payimg for-plenty of choice and lots of variety for those with special dietary requirements. We slept soundly as the bed was very comfy! Also really enjoyed access to the spa!Would definitely visit again!」
